Here are the pricing options for MariMUN 2018:

  •      The regular registration fee is $65 per delegate, and includes lunch on both days;
  •      Any delegation that registers prior to December 23rd 2017 will receive a discounted registration fee of $55 per delegate;
  •      Any delegation of 12 students or more will receive a discounted registration fee of $55 per student (large delegation), regardless of the time of registration;

The deadline for registration is January 17th 2018.

Once we receive your submission, we will send the contact emails an invoice. All cheques must be made payable to the Marianopolis Student Union. Please write the name of your institution as well as the name of the primary contact on the memo line of the cheque. Registration fees must then be mailed to Marianopolis College, 4873 Westmount Ave, Westmount, H3Y 1X9 with "To the attention of: Kareen Latour" written on the envelope. The payments must be received by January 31st, 2018. You will receive a spreadsheet in the subsequent weeks with your position assignments by email. You will then have a specific time frame in order to assign delegates to the position and return the sheet. MariMUN 2018 offers a partial refund of 50% per delegate fee prior to January 17th, 2018. After this date, refunds are no longer provided. That being said, Faculty Advisors retain the right to substitute delegates in the event that one should opt out of the conference.
